    Sounds like you may have connections problems and Zone Alarm is just the "messenger."

    I've never experienced any sort of problems with it, and I've used it on about a half-dozen computers, as well as installing it on several friends' systems for them.

    No connection problems. The ISP software would tell me if the connection were lost.
