Thanks.

Whoa!! This is way, way over my head.
Thanks for the response Norm, but I think I'll have to stay in the cheap seats on this one.
Nice music though. Thanks for the time to post.

You can attach a WAV file just like any other file. Look for a paperclip icon on your toolbar. (Tell me what mail program you're using and I can try to be more specific).
If you do this, the WAV file won't automatically play when the recipient opens - that's what Norm was getting at with the HTML and stuff.

Hope it helps.

Norm Wattenberger: Pardon to Netscape users
The post above has code in it to not play the music if Netscape is used since Netscape crashes or locks up if you do anything....well most anything interesting at all.

Wildcard: Outlook Express 5 - thanks
My objective is to be able to send an email and include an attachment that would be the .WAV file.

This should work for any file:
- Click anywhere in the message window.
- On the Insert menu, click File Attachment, and then find the file you want to attach.
- Select the file, and then click Attach.
The file is listed in the Attach box in the message header.

Thanks, I'll give it a shot.
