I was going through some of RGE's old catalogs and found a description of "The Amazing TRS-80 Blackjack Machine!" that is sure to bring a smile to some of your faces. I recall my parents owning a TRS-80 (I was quite young and took lessons in Basic at the time!).

The description says it's a "Cassette program for the TRS-80, 16K level II" and goes on to describe its functions as a test for betting strategies and developing strategy indices. It then claims that "the high speed tests run at about 2000 hands per hour. My [Arnold Snyder's] tests ran at about 1500 hands per hour. You could do a 500,000 hand simulation in about two weeks, if you ran your computer full time."

Just a little something to remind everone of how far things have come!
