The "Parker Pages: South & West" forum was established May 11, 2002. Originally it was known as the "Southern Cali 21" forum, and concentrated on, you guessed it, southern California casinos. On November 13, 2002 it was renamed "South & West" and the focus was expanded accordingly.

The Parker Pages in general and Advantageplayer.com were established a month or two earlier. Advantageplayer.com was essentially an update of the rge21.com website and forum.
