    megapossum: Beau Rivage Rule Change

After attending the show,"Red Dreams", at the Beau Rivage a few days ago(highly recomended), Ms. Mega and I played a little blackjack, unfortunately with both of us making contributions to the Beau's gross that day.

Of possible interest to some of you, is the fact that since we were there last I noticed they've changed some of the 6D,$5min. tables from H17 back to S17. Some months ago they changed the $5min,6D tables from S17 to H17 while retaining the S17 rule for the $10 and higher minimum tables. Before buying in check the lay-out for the optimal S17 if playing at there low min. 6D tables.

    Sentry: Thanks for the update

I appreciate, the info on the game, but more useful to me is the recommendation for "Red Dreams". My wife needs strong enticement to lure her into casino trips, and this show may just be the right bait.

Say, that reminds me, hang on to your used tickets! The President has a promotion that when you present a show ticket from any Coast casino, they'd give you $5.00 in coins.

When I was there last at end of April, the entire front pit was H17 . All other games in the back were S17. Dealers called the front pit "the tourist trap ".

SammyBoy: this must be confusing for the dealers? *NM*
