The house edge is huge, much larger than regular blackjack. Rules vary somewhat from one casino to another, so putting a number on it is difficult.
These game are not not house-banked, meaning that you pay a per-hand charge, on top of the house edge.
Bottom line: Don't bother. With the proliferation of Indian casinos in CA, no one is more than a few hours drive away from real blackjack. If you must go to the cardrooms where "CA no-bust 21" is found, play poker.

the 'house' advantage is only 1.4%. it's based on the copy lose rule. if you bust the same as the dealer then you still lose but if the dealer bust higher then you push. As opposed to you just lose if you bust. i prefer no bust to vegas blackjack.

"Only 1.4%"?????
A good Vegas game (6D, S17, DAS, LS, RSA) has a house edge of 0.26%. This game has an edge over five times as much, making it extremely difficult to beat, at least by card counting.
But hey, it's your money.
