    Hallo everybody,I live in Europe and work in
    an servicearea and had a guest from california.
    I ask him if he is playing BJ but he denied and then he said,in California, they don`t say Las Vegas, theysay something like "last wager" or
    "lost wages"What is correct?.

    Hey, this is California . . . go with the flow, dude, (or dudette, as the case may be) . . . do your own thing. Call it whatever you want to call it, and it is okay in your universe.

    Seriously (somewhat), we call it "Las Vegas" just like everyone else, although it may sometimes be jokingly referred to as "lost wages," a la the Steely Dan song "Show Biz Kids."

    Or even simpler, just "Vegas."
