Russell: Blackjack Accounting 101
Two different questions:
Is there any kind of blackjack specific accounting software? I'm looking for a good way to track all buy-ins, wins, losses, etc... so I can play the game with a more organized approach. Kind of like Quicken, but for the business of blackjack.
Second, why is it that house edge rises as more decks are used?
Thanks, Russell

Why not use Quicken? That's what I've always used for my casino accounting, whether it's blackjack, video poker, free play, match plays, etc. You can get pretty darned detailed with it if you organize it properly (by casino, game, etc.).

To answer your second question: You get 3 blackjacks every 62 hands in single-deck. But you get 3 blackjacks every 63 hands in a 6-deck game. Any good blackjack book will delve into the reasons and mathmatics for this.
