polyrhythm: Hi-Opt-I 8 deck late surrender index 88vs.T

    My friend says it's 5.
    But, another friend says 2.
    Which is correct index?
    TC rounding method is floor.

On p. 260 of TWGBB, Humble gives +1 for the 4-deck game.

Doesn't mean he's right, but +2 seems a lot more reasonable than +5.

I get +3. But +1 for the risk averse index.
