I think the answer on 7-7-7 is about once per 5,000 hands.

If you are using BS, then I get

777: 1 in 4550 rounds
4 or more card 21: 1 in 70 rounds

But if you have two sevens and there is a bonus, you are probably going to go for the third even if it violates BS.
