Robbie: Indicies for beginners
I thought thisis a beginners forum. Calculation of indicies doesn't seem like something beginners would understand.

Well, they would if they were beginners with degrees in math, which is actually quite often the case. :-)
If I were to start deleting posts simply because they would be more appropriate for a different board, many people would probably stop posting entirely.
Besides, every time I even point out that a post belongs on a different page, someone accuses me of being nitpicky.
BTW, it's "indices." That's probably nitpicky, too.

Parker,
I appreciate everything you're doing here and I'd gladly listen to any direction you have related to where certain posts belong. If this information is listed somewhere on the site please point it out to me.
Since I'm a beginner, I figured I'd stick to posting on the beginner board for a while. I realize there's quite a range of questions here, but I've found it to be quite informative for the most part.
Gracias,

I would hope that it would be intuitive. Questions about the basics of card counting on the Beginner's page, Las Vegas related questions on the Las Vegas Everything page, etc.
At the top of each index page, to the right of the "Parker Pages" logo, you will find several links in incredibly small type. One of these is "The Theme of This Forum" which provides some guidance as to what sort of post is appropriate for each page.
