No firm date yet, simply because I haven't finished writing it (much to Viktor's chagrin).

Besides, I keep changing it. Originally it was to be strictly a beginner's book. This is still mostly true, but there has been so much interest in true-counting KO that I have expanded what was originally just going to be an appendix.
