Um, sorry about that. Whenever I said cards 1-6 in my KO post I actually meant 2-6, being as obviously, there is no 1 card, except for sometimes the ace, but that is counted as a high card anyway. Feelin' stupid. And goodbye.

No big deal. Your essential point was still clear, essentially "What happens when a bunch of small cards come out very early in the shoe?"
It is a valid point. You have nothing about which to feel stupid.
