My situation specifically is I am playing online with 6 deck shoe automatically reshuffled after each deal, dealer stands on 17, double down after splitting allowed, no surrender and playtech software. I have 5k in my account is 25 an ok bet? What should my win rate be per our. Just got the tip cards and can't wait to use them

That is a _losing_ game. You can't count when the deck is reshuffled after each deal. That means that no matter what your bankroll, your ROR is 100%.
Don't play online..
