Mr. Ed: Indices?
I apologize if this question has been asked before, but...
Where can I find indices for the typical 2d Strip game in Las Vegas (2d, no das, h17)? I am looking a short list, like I18. If this list is TOO short, please let me know.

You might try p. 213 of BJA3.

Any references in BJA2? I don't have BJA3.

You really should consider buying the signed hard cover edition of BJA3, at under $40 it's a great buy and will surely become a collectors edition. Personally, I bought several copies to hold on to, and I also plan on buying the paperback when it is published for daily use.

can you say Ebay? Just think about the ROI on a copy of Beyond Counting that you might have purchased for a song just a few short years ago.
