    Nifty_4952: Split A's 8's Double 11 vs 10?

As I understand it when playing ENHC one should not double down with an 11 vs a 10 or A and should not split A's vs A or eights vs a ten or an A, due to the dealer taking both bets if he/she wins. The game I play, when doubling or splitting vs an A and losing, I only lose one bet, however I lose both bets when doubling or splitting vs a 10. Would the correct strategy be not to double 11 vs a 10 and not split A's and 8's vs a 10?

Correct. Note, by your understanding, you DO split aces vs. 10.

So follow the advice above for the play vs. 10.

Two out of three. As mentioned above, you DO split aces vs. 10.
