I'm looking for practice software. Any suggestions? These are features I'd like:

1. Select the BS variations I'd like to use.
2. Hide/show the TC and RC whenever I want
3. Option to have dealer make mistakes.
4. Option to set my own bet ramp.
5. Option to truncate vs. round.
6. Option to Sit out, Wong out, Wong in.
7. Option to add other players (I don't really care what strategy they use)
8. Option to vary speed of game.
9. Of course, I want it to alert me whenever I make an error.
10. Option to vary pen, decks used, rules.
11. Option to play one or two hands
12. I'd like to know the optimal (Kelley) bet ramp for my bankroll, as well as all BS variations.
13. I'd like the discard tray to be to scale and increase (ideally!) with each card.
14. Besides the discard tray, graphics are not important.
15. Cost is important.
16. Sound is not important (I'll turn it off if there's any sounds)
