Can anyone comment on this pros and cons?

If you are referring to the count, ace thru T,(1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,-2) then the biggest advantage of this count is that it has a perfect IC. Since this is the most important strategy deviation, some people keep this count on the side for insurance. The PE is pretty decent at about 0.61. The BE sucks at about 0.72. I think it would be a good count for single deck flat bet strategy. It is possible to beat some single deck games without bet variation. Even in this scenario there are better counts.
There was a good post on BJ21 green chip pages on keeping the unbalanced Ten count on the side, you could probably find it on the archives.
