I'm a newbie-only been playing and counting for about 8 months now-but I wanted to put a plug in for Trackjack. I just noticed a week-old post about how to find games with certain rules. I recently subscribed to Trackjack and it has been great. I've made a couple of visits to smaller casino locales and it has saved me a lot of time searching for good games. I hope to go to Vegas soon, and it will be indispensable. You can find any game you want. Just put in the rules you are looking for and where you want to go. If you're a beginner and not sure about it, it's very easy to use and worth the $$$. Even for a red-chipper like me.

I hope you do well on your trip to Las Vegas, and that Trackjack continues to assist you in finding the conditions you desire.

I am not sure to which post you are referring, but I feel that many do not realize the capabilities of Trackjack. I am therefore reprinting a recent post of mine in answer to a subscriber on the Trackjack Forum.

The subscriber was inquiring how to find S17 games in Las Vegas. It turns out that the subscriber who is from Europe, was asking how to determine S17 actually in the casino, but I believe this answer demonstrates one of the many capabilities of Trackjack.

In order to find S17 in Vegas, do the following:

Click on Conditions Search Engine.

Click on Select Regions.

Click on Las Vegas Metro, which will highlight it in blue.

Click on Select.

Click on Finished.

You will now have sets of game rules/conditions in which you may select your preferences. Each type of rule or condition is separated by alternating bands of Trackjack shades of green. The second band is Dealer Soft 17. Click the small white square next to Stands on Soft 17. This will place a checkmark into the square.

If you click on any other conditions, this will further narrow your search results.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Hit Me!.

You will now get the results of your search. If you don't understand all of the codes of a reported game, you can click on the ? to the right of the codes, and you will get an explanation. In order to see all codes, click on Rule Legend in the left margin on the screen.

If you see any casinos in which you are interested, click on the hyperlink casino name, and you will get the detailed report of all of the games at that casino, along with phone numbers, address, hyperlinks to casino's website and email, the casino's owner, Trackjack subscriber comments, news, and Trackjack administration notes.

I highly recommend that you read the Trackjack User's Manual. It is also available in the left margin. Since it is a PDF file, if you have not previously done so, you will have to load the free Adobe Acrobat Reader which is right next to the Download the Trackjack User Manual hyperlink.
