The dealer plays out all of the players' hands, then he flips his hole card and plays out his own hand, unless all of the players have busted, in which case he merely flips the hole card and then on to the next round.

Interesting . . . I've seen dealers play out their hands when all the players have busted. The incident I'm thinking of was in Reno.
