Dave: 1st time counter goes to Casino

hey. I went to the Casino for the 2nd time in my life today. The first was as a WAG player. The thing is, the first time I went I thought I knew how to play. I drove 2 hours to a casino here in the midwest. I played only 6 hands of blackjack!!! I played for about 15 minutes total and made 160 dollars. Not bad. I am such a newbie that I bought in for 200 dollars and got some greens and reds. I knew the reds were worth 5 dollars but I thought the greens were 10 dollars. So I am wonging in on this game at a tc=2, I place 2 greens in the circle thinking it was only 20 dollars and the minimum was 15 dollars. Blackjack!! Then after counting all the cards, there still is an advantage so I place another 2 greens and ....another blackjack. At this point, I'm done. I leave the table after 2 hands and am practically having a heart attack. So I go to the bathroom like a criminal to count my chips, and I discover that the greens are 25 dollars. I came there to make 150 dollars and made 160 so I was very happy and went home. Thanks to all of you for the good advice. I hope I have more trips like this.

was when you said you went to the bathroom to count your chips like a criminal.you will spend alot of time in the bathroom counting chips in next few years.i dont know why i still do it.its so much easier to wait until you get home, but we all do it.one time i dropped a 25 dollar chip in the toilet and hesitated for a few seconds and the goddamn toilet flushed on its own.i was pissed.mora of the story: NEVER count chips over the toilet
