    jack fate: Ratholeing

Am I making a mistake by pulling a portion of my winings off the table during a good run of cards.I usually look to do this on those rare occasions when I may have doubled my buy in.When I want to wong out of a bad shoe for a pee break and I am up a lot I use that to pocket some chips, being sure to pull a few back out when I return. Is there a better way to do this?

Pocketing a couple hundred per weekend adds up to ten grand in a years time. By the way, while handing out the comps, the pit bosses always jokingly tell me my job must be going well if I can afford to lose as much as I do. Best...
