    Badcop: Bet Spread

    Can someone give me a realistic bet spread a nickel player can get away with in Vegas, SD/DD? 1-2? 1-3? 1-5? 1-8?

    I have read many books on counting/betting, but it seems like they are more focused towards the green to black chip players.

    I realize that win rates per hand with red chips is low, but I am more interested in gaining experience than trying to make tons of money.

    If you're reasonably good at what you do, you should have no trouble with 1-6, and 1-8 is attainable.

    Do NOT play more than one hour (and, preferably, 45 minutes) at any one place.
