You didn't say if you were counting cards or not. If not, then for the basic strategist, the EV is your off-the-top expectation, for ALL hands you play, provided a) you play a fixed number of rounds, where the shuffle is not determined by the appearance of the stop-card, and b) you always have enough cards left to complete the current round.
The TC of zero has nothing to do with it.
