So, there's a bill in Illinois to ban riverboat gambling, hunh? I cut my card-counting teeth on those boats, and feel nostalgic for the old gals, but fortunately it seems as though I won't be crying my eyes out anytime soon. The bill isn't expected to pass and is seen as more of a way to pacify the anti-gaming public while not actually going game-free. Read carefully, and you'll discover that the bill doesn't even try to kill horse racing, bingo, or the state-operated lottery but, like I said, it's not expected to pass.

Anyway, just thought I'd pass on the news of IL antics.
