No more red chip double deck. Green chip now. Harrahs also limited double downs further. Now only 10 and 11. The dealers also are religiously cutting one full deck off. Earlier one could get better pen than that from some dealers. They all appear to be following the one deck protocol now.

Yeh, O, but I was thinking maybe you'd dropped down this way and burned the roman kingdom (soon to horseshoe ranch) so badly they had "to protect their assets." That's the phrase a pit guy used recently to justify screwing a player. I told him the player was trying to protect his ass and his assets. No response. He just walked away.

by these bastard casino operators! I have said for years that they should be forced to gamble too by offering very fine games and if they do go out of business, too bad, no loss there. Look at Detroit, 3 casinos, still NO hotels with the casinos, supposed to be....record profits for the casinos and the city and schools still broke! Of course that is because Detroit and the city managment, and school managment are in reality, third world!!!!!

This is why I have NO contempt for those who find ways to cheat the casinos! Hell, I admire them.

Of course there are some decent casinos, in the GNW.

Yes. I was by there yesterday and there was one pitch table working on the fourth deck instead of the usual 3 tables spread over three decks. Only a couple of players at the one open. I'm not certain but I don't think I've seen a $5 table in the joint lately. Only $10 and $15.
