Electric Kid: Hotels St Ignace, MI

Anybody ever stay at the Budget Host Inn in St Ignace. I'm looking for a good place to stay thats reasonable in price. I found some hotels for under $50 a night, but then found out they didn't have air conditioning. Any thoughts on this place.

PS. I need a place that allows pets.

Personally, I like the Super 8; second floor, the right end of the building. A bit more then $50, but great view of the bridge.

casino hotel, lower level, W corner. A bit more than $50 if not comped but very private and if the lady is a screamer, (mine is), no one will hear when you do the Nastys! Also a great view of the Straights and you can leave the patio door open all night and listen to the waves lap against the shore.
