    sam: caesars indiana

Caesars Indiana dropped the price of its three doubledeck tables from $25 to $10. There's no dd table in the high limit fourth deck area anymore but more dd tables are added on the third deck on weekends. I can't figure it since the tables were always full at $25 so it can't be to attract players. The buzz among non-AP'ers is that management wanted to drive away "good players" by attracting "bad players". The rules and pen are so crappy that few AP'ers would play at $10 or $25. Anyone have any ideas?
