Ouchez: Did Trumps Ind. eliminate LS?

It has been reported that an AP'er hit them hard one night and they changed the next day. I think that is BS. If they changed it is because they felt they no longer needed the extra edge over the competition. Also that the "other thing" is very bad now.

    What is the scoop?

    "Can you hear the thunder"?

Don't know about the AP (I doubt it as well), but CBJN reported that LS was eliminated as of 5/6.

Not a fan of Trump and haven't been up there in a few months so I can't say. Last time I was up there, they seemed to even sweat red chips.

As there was the possibility of a visit today, I called Trump and asked about it.

    Answer:YES.

Surrender, as everyone knows (or should know) is one of those rare win-win rules, where it's good for the casino, and good for the player. When used improperly, its very profitable for casinos. Recently, I played where an oriental gentleman and I were at the same table (when I sat down, he had stacks and stacks of chips, in which later I learned were from both markers and 3500 in winnings) and who wasn't using surrender.

After I started surrendering, it reminded him of this option, so he also started to use it. Unfortunately, his approach was a little different than mine, in that once he started, there was no stopping him...12 vs 7, SURRENDER! 13 vs 8, SURRENDER, and on it went, and after another 4K in markers, he was gone. It was quite unbelievable. Of course there were other reasons, but I would estimate that this casino easily "won" an additional 4K by allowing surrender. Granted, this was Las Vegas, and not that hotspot of high stakes BJ known as Bufffington Harbor, but I think you get the picture.

    cheers
