and I'm having a lousy year. It took me almost six months to finally get in the black for the year. Then I had a nice couple of months in the summer winning 12 out of 14 sessions. The casinos in the eastern U.P. helped here. Then went to WI for a long BJ weekended and just about lost everything I won for the year, and also ended up getting my second blackjack barring. Well, it wasn't a barring, just a flat betting. So it hasn't been a good year.

Only a couple of months to play before winter sets in. Once winter comes I stay pretty much close to home.

It's been a mixed year for me as well. I'm in the black (barely) for my BJ play. Almost 54% of my sessions were losers, but a few of the wins were pretty nice. My sports betting and my very limited craps play (of all things) made for a profitable year. Such is the nature of SD, I suppose.

On the plus side, it's been my best year yet for invitations to all sorts of free casino stuff.

    To a better 2004...

So I am sure you will make a comeback.

I just got back from a 2 casino trip and things went great, just how they are supposed too. Played 6d and 2d. Great games and conditions.

For me the colder the weather the better.

A funny story. One casino changed the rules of a game because I was doing so well playing it. One of the PC's, I think, actually hated me. Now, I have been playing their most liberal shoe game using the same tactics they disallowed me on the other game and they just seem blown away by the fact that I am equally dangerous on the shoe game as the other, maybe MORE SO! The looks they get on their faces is, well, hillarious.

But, it is all in good, clean, fun, right?

    Ouch/ez.
