that "gamblers", (or AP's), forget the big losses and only remmber the wins.

Do you think this is true?

I have come to realize that I remember the big losses and horrible runs and forget the big wins or the great runs.

I am not by nature a negative person.

I wonder which is better to remember?

    Ouch/ez.

I have no idea. I'm not a gambler.

Mostly I remember . . . . um, what were we talking about?

Actually, what I remember most vividly is the back-offs. Perhaps that is because they have been relatively infrequent.

I don't really remember the wins or the losses. That's why I keep records.

If I have a nice win, I bask in the warm fuzzy feeling - for about 30 seconds. I realize that I may give it all back and then some in the next session, and quite often that is exactly how it goes down.

After a loss, I spend a little time mentally replaying the session, trying to figure out if there are areas in my game that need work. Then I put it behind me, and start thinking about the next session and . . . um, what were we talking about?

... that's why I write them down. Gawd,
    I HATE TO LOSE!!!!!

When I started to play, I didn't even write down the names of the casinoa, but I ALWAYS wrote down every penny won/lost. And I never lie about my record -- outside of the casino.
