Most casinos in MI stand on soft 17 while most casinos in WI hit soft 17. Most casinos in MI and
    WI have double after split.

I do not know what part of Wisconsin you are in but Hole In The Wall and Turtle Lake stand on soft 17. The Happy Hour at the Hole is great. Turtle Lake has a beatiful north woods cabin theme and great food. It is the Milk Maid's favorite casino for food. If you are near La Cross Treasure Island across the river in Red Wing Minnesota also stands on soft 17. Be carefule playing late into the night because they serve liquor. Deer are scarry enough but the drivers add a whole other element to the gaming experience.
