I was in KC last year with the Milk Maid over memorial weekend. The casinos we preferred were Ameristar and Argosi. We did not care much for Island Capri. It seemed to be a burn joint. As far as the game goes expect to see 6 deck dealt to 4 and 1/2. Hit soft 17 DAS split 3 times up to 4 hands. There is craps at the KC casinos. The Ameristar has great food. It is in a mall with a movie theatre if you desire to do other things. Do not forget to eat the best barbecue in the world while you are there.

Argosy has better rules and pen., but only a few tables. I'm always worried about being one of only 4 or 5 players in the entire place playing blackjack. So I would agree with Milk Man in regards to Ameristar as the best place. They have plenty of tables, and there are even $3 tables for the extremely low rollers. I would stay away from Harrah's as they go out of their way to make sure tables are crowded.

One final thing about traveling to KC. Do not forget to pack your underwear. It is really hard to roll a 7 when you need one. Even harder to find a Target near the casinos.
