About a year ago, I went to Canterbury Park. I found they have a $.50 commission on every hand. To overcome the commission and get $3.00 earnings a person would need to bet $35.00 a hand. Now some Minnesota counters believe that Canterbury is the place because they give out envelopes with money. How ever a majority of the envelopes give you $10.00. There is one envelope that give $100.00. When they're out of envelopes they're out. If you play at Canterbury, you are better off handicapping the horses or playing poker in my opinion.

If you check it out let me know if anything has changed. Mystake Lake has a better game in my opinion.
