I want to help me answer some questions:
What Random Number Generator is used by your Sims in BJA3?
What shuffle algorithm uses your Sims?
Have you run the tests "Diehard" proposed by G. Marsaglia to your Sim's RNG?
I think about BJA3 is a powerful tool. Thanks Don.

CVData/CVCX use the MARZAM II PRNG. This is Marsaglia's ultimate random number generator. Not only does it pass the Diehard tests, it's period would not repeat if it ran constantly from the Big Bang, billions of years ago.
