Chemyst: PA Game Conditions
Any info on game conditions in PA casinos?
Vacationing in the Poconos and Philly area, soon.
Are conditions really competition for AC?

All Pa games have better rules than AC with s17 and LS. Penetration is at lease comparable to AC, if not better. Philly area has two casino's, neither of which is located within Philadelphia. Harrahs located in chester, south of Philly, which I have not yet been to and Parx, located north of Philadelphia. While Parx had the decent rules that I mentioned, it also has both a cover on the shoe and places the cards already played out of view of the players, to try to make it harder to figure a true count.
Sugarhouse in Philadelphia is set to open late next month.

Untrained dealers sometimes turn a late surrender game into early surrender.

Thanks for the info. No CSMs is nice. I may brush
up and stop by Mt. Pocono or Sands Bethlehem.

All PA games have the same rules by state law. S17, DAS, LS, 6 or 8 decks.
The rules are better than almost all the AC games.

Played $50 in a high limit room in AC not long ago. Was discussing rules with a supervisor. He said that anywhere in AC you can request LS (and he gave it to me). Doesn't that make it equivalent to PA?

WRX: Late surrender
For some of us, this would be huge. Can anyone else confirm having had a similar experience?

This place even had a nice little LS sign that the floor mgr put on the table. The rules are typical high limit AC: 6D, DAS, no RSA, S17, split to 4 hands. Adding in LS shaves close to .08% off the HE, down to .40312% theoretical according to Wiz of Odds.

Ask for LS and they are going to watch you very closely. See how long you last...

zoomie: More on LS in AC
Returned to this casino the other day. This time the $50 table where I played already had the LS sign on the table. Then I went next door. A supervisor there told me you can ask for LS in the high limit room, but the answer will be "yes" only if you are a big bettor with a big credit line.
