Bettie: Slots-A-Fun pulls its tables
That's right, no more sidewalk craps or 2-for-1 BJ coupons. I guess without the Sahara offering cheap BJ, the MGM didn't feel it needed to offer $2 and $3 tables and turned the whole place into a slot joint. The few decent VP games it had are still there at last report, but with the loss of sidewalk craps and the $1 hot dog, they might as well raze Slots-A-Fun and get it over with.

Greasy John: Re: Slots-A-Fun pulls its tables
I liked the free play on the slot machine they used to give away (just to the east of the door leading to Circus Circus). A couple of cherries was the best I ever got though. I also remember when the Pioneer club downtown was a casino. Or how about Pop's Oasis?
