    Freddie: 8,8 v. A when TC=-1

    Wong gives this index in Professional. I might not be thinking clearly, but is it above -1 split or hit? I know basic says to hit, so does that mean below -1 is split? This is w/o surrender and since he only gives all the indexs for 4 decks thats what i'm using. Also its h17.

    No, when H17, multi-deck, you surrender 8,8, v. A whether or not DAS.
