I have wondered this and cannot come to a consensus. Should we treat them as archenemies? enemies? Irritants? Hurdles? Business partners? Friends? Anyone pondered over this too?
Your mind should be focused on extracting money from casinos efficiently. Any time you think about anything else it wastes mental energy and costs you money.
You should not have any kind of emotional response to a casino. If you get angry because you get thrown out of your hotel room that will compromise the effectiveness of your decisions as an AP which can only hurt your bankroll.
Generally speaking, you'll get more hours in if you're kind and have a positive attitude because it makes people like you. If the employees like you, they're less likely to scream "checks play" like you're robbing a bank, call surveillance to skill check you, back you off, etc. If the players like you, they're less likely to holler about you adding hands, doubling down on soft 19, hitting a 12 and "taking the bust card" etc.
The Cash Cow.
