Ok. I'm on your side. You could do this. A bloke calling himself Norman Leigh did something similar with the game of Roulette circa 1970 and in the South of France as I recall. His approach involved a biased wheel system-whereby the betting structure would automatically expose and thereby exploit any biased wheels. His purportedly successful Mushroom Gang was eventually shut down by the casino gambling authorities. He details his exploits in a book he titled, Thirteen Against the Bank. I'm sure you can locate a copy in an online used bookstore. However, be careful and judicious of who you choose for your recruits! Leigh was not and it proved to be his downfall.
