Okay, fill me in....
Why do I often see cameras as I exit a casino parking lot? They are obviously capturing license plate numbers. Why?
Tracking customers and undesirables. Some casinos also likely employ this as well in the parking lots:

Many OSN entries contain photos of the "suspect's" car and tag. It is my "understood" that casino security (Las Vegas) can call "friend" and get tag's run for ID.
Parking in a casino facility adds to your risk.
Luck is nothing more than probability taken personally!
Just a couple of points here in favour of using casino parking.
Those with mobility or pain issues.
Rental cars at fly to destinations.
Using valet, and remember to keep your rental contract out if the car.
DO NOT forget to keep a close eye when cashing out, and to who can be watching you. Remember, you're carrying a shit load of cash. Under special circumstances, ask security to walk you to your car. I've done it.
Above all else, stay safe.
Usually casinos will flag your plate, if they don't like your action, putting it on an alert for casinos in that area. As soon as you drive in, or more so, soon as your car appears it will be flagged in any of the casinos in the area. Then you will, at a minimum, be watched very closely.

Almost 4 years ago a casino had an awesome 8 hrs./day (one day per week)
BJ promotion making the game nicely positive off-the-top. I was along with a
team of veteran professionals. We had several million dollars in cash, and I
was surprised when Security met two of us at the door and trespassed them
on the spot. Their out-of-town license plates had been scanned upon entry.
