    Assuming he wasn't joking, and he wasn't a counter himself, then you're doing something really obvious that gives it away. Lips are moving, staring at the cards, playing your hand really slow, etc. This can be fixed by practicing until you can count more quickly and look natural.
    I play as fast as most any dealer can go. The faster they are then the more I like it. I don't think I look at the cards more than anyone else. To me, it stands out that players come and go all day long losing money while I am there playing the whole time but I just don't see getting anywhere with super short sessions. Thanks

    Oddly enough for these days, this place seems to have a few sharp dealers. The guy before him kept talking about counting and I just ignored him.
