I just remember when I bought c.o.b , he mentions raising his bets a little when the rc hits nine early in a shoe , one deck in.... that works if the game is only house ad of -.3 , but if i don't find a game with Ls , s 17 , resplit aces , das , DOA , I'd be raising into negative EV ....so I had to tweak it - actually I play totally different systems now ... but anyways ... its be nice to see your game plan apart from practcing with 2 hands at $ 25000 , ... like rules , count system , Tc that you use to raise , etc ..
850K, and max bet is 2x25K. So really, you're down what, 17 max bets (or 34)? In 5 hours of play?
If you have CVCX, run a sim for your game/ramp and make it show you the standard deviation numbers for 5 hours of play (or however many rounds you've played).
I think you might be surprised in how "normal" your current results are. Remember, you're playing with a razor thin edge.

BTW my betting ramp is RC<= 0 then 1 X $100. RC >0 then 1 X $500. TC>=1 then 1 X $1000. TC>=2 then 2 X $10,000. TC >= 3 then 2 X $15,000. TC >= 3 then 2 X $15,000. etc ........ TC>= 5 then 2 X $25,000.

My Ability in Blackjack is a Gift from God!!
I presume this is the CVBJ ramp and not your live casino ramp. lol I'd want to know where that was if you could bet at that level going 1-250*2 (I'm wondering whether or not you accidentally put extra zeros). I'm not sure how many BJ tables I've seen with a min-max larger than 1-20.
I found the RC>0 ramp a bit odd but when I realized there was one more zero than I thought there was in all the following steps, I figured it probably doesn't make much of a difference. I suppose it helps curb some of the insane heat the CVBJ pit bosses are giving you!

Isn't that sort of like saying, "The secret to the stock market is buying low and selling high?"
The first key to making profits at blackjack is finding good games. By good games I mean rules, penetration and surveillance. You will seldom ever find all three huddled nicely together. One's playing style depends on the mix of these three factors and the availability of similar games in the vicinity IMO.

Hmm, does the win rate ever get close to 60% (even when excluding ties)? I've heard it said a few times on this forum that the count doesn't significantly change the win rate and that most of the gain in edge come from naturals, doubles and splits. The particular 6D game on one of the Wizards of Odds appendices wins 46% of the time (excluding ties). Increasing 14% seems a bit more than I would think but I haven't heavily looked heavily into the resources that analyze the win rate's relation to the count. I'd appreciate links if possible. I think I may have stumbled upon stuff covering this, maybe not, but I can't for the life of me find such material when I want to.
