    I realized a book is far too much work for too little money. So now I do it free. I have a lot of interviews that came after the book that are up on my blog. I considered compiling them into a book for those who want them in that format, but... Nah.

    Awesome book. I hear Arnold Synder has a new book in the pipeline that has been delayed for several years. Looking forward to it. I highly recommend Bootlegger's book which came out a few years ago shortly before he passed away.

    Yep; Snyder said he was working on it still per his interview on GWAE with Munch and Dancer. To further reference Bootlegger's 200 Proof Blackjack that bigplayer mentioned, here is a thread link:
