Looking to join a Professional Blackjack Team!!!

Just what the title says. I'm looking for a Blackjack mentor that can take my game to the next level and beyond. I am based here in the U.S. and am very serious if I meet the right person or group of people.

I have an audition video available.

I have been playing almost ten years, and I have yet to see a "TEAM" that wasnt simply a HC two-sie / three-sie or simply swarm of players that happened to be playing a casino on the same day and all rode in the same car.

I would recommend you just make friends and network, that's where most of the benefit is I think.

Thank you for the reply. I myself have been playing BJ for 15-16 years on and off in the casinos..... but not as a professional BJ player. There is no doubt that I am a novice player, however I believe I have what it takes to take my level of play to the next level if I can meet the right people who can further my training. I've come a long way since the early days of my BJ playing is concerned. It is hard to network as a BJ player at the current moment because it's difficult to find people who take a serious approach at the game as I am wanting to.

I would love to become a full-time hustler at the BJ tables, I want to burn down the house!

Can you actually count? Like, if I sat down with you would you get through 5 shoes in a row without a mistake?

I probably would make a few mistakes, mistakes are a part of the game. It takes a lot of work to get rid of the mistakes. However that could also be dependent on the number of decks in play. In live play with real money on the line dealer changes can definitely add to the complexities of maintaining a proper count, so does any deck get counted down properly when real money is at stake in the heat of battle?

Thats certainly not good that you would sweat the fact that there is oney on the table, the money should be second nature.

You used the word "audition" and showed your hands at the end.
Do you work for a casino?

Your absolutely right. It isn't. My game needs a lot of work and I'm realizing just how much more there is to blackjack that I didn't know. That video.... that's what I have to do to try and keep sharp. I have to play by myself and instead of seeing electronic cards, I'd rather see real cards. So I play the dealer, count the cards/decks while playing the player hands at basic strategy and the dealer hand has to hit a soft 17. I have been getting a lot faster and speed and accuracy is what I am striving for.

I like playing more hands because it tends to get busy in a casino and the patrons fluctuate at the table, it's a bit more difficult for me with about 6-7 hands in play but that's why I practice like that because when it happens for real, I want to be ready for it and not overwhelmed. Plus I can burn through the decks faster for the reshuffle.
