I suppose so, but I hope you're setting the delay to a lot longer than that!

Yes, I do, too , but you have to understand Norm's point: If you're in a packed casino, with 5-6 players at every table, that's not the same as if you're in one with near-empty tables everywhere, with 1-2 players at a table. In those instances, you can decide how long a round takes and go from there.

Definitely makes sense, which is why he let's you set hands/hour as well - different conditions, different rates.
