I don't know if this is at all helpful.

But you may want to practice learning to count through mirror reflections.

I know one guy who only wongs shoes using this method. And he only does it through the mirrors. So whatever table he is standing behind, is NOT the one he is counting down.

I tried it, but I couldn't do it effectively. I'm not that clever. I'm probably the least smartest person in this room. But, others in here are very capable of doing it and i'm sure some do and they will be happy to advise you.

To date my friend has never been caught doing it. So give it a shot.

If you can't do it, then you're no worse off then before you tried.
