Do you need to be a new member to use matchplay coupons or can you use them over and over again.

All depends on the casino and their rules. Usually, you don't have to be a new member (or sometimes even a member at all) because you're just slapping the coupon on the table and walking away after you play. Occasionally a casino may have a promotion where you get a matchplay when you sign up as a new member, but otherwise, the tables don't know if you're new or not. I wouldn't play 5 coupons in a row, of course. Heck, if I have 2 coupons, I'll go to another pit entirely or, if the casino is small, come back another day.
