Mike H: Optimal card values for playing efficiency?

If a computer were counting cards for a single deck H17 game, what card values would optimize playing efficiency? Let's count Tens as -100... Aces would be +25 or so... you get the idea. Since the count can be balanced or unbalanced what would the ideal pivot be? I'm guessing it would be around 0 or +1 to maximize the 16 vs. 10 decision. This may seem crazy but any help is greatly appreciated.

Peter Griffin furnishes these values for both ace-reckoned and ace-neutral counts on p. 46 of his book. If you don't have it (shame on you!), I can furnish them here.

Griffin's book as well as Revere's are probably the only 2 I should have but don't. I read somewhere that it was complicated but nonetheless probably full of valuable information. In the meantime can someone please tell me what he has for the best playing efficiency?
