Just use I18 and wong out when the count gets bad. They watch 2D closer...making crazy deviations will often draw attention.

Making crazy deviations makes one look like a ploppy.

I agree, especially when you are making some of the more extreme deviations, like doubling 7 v 6 or even doubling A8 or A9. It is also important to recognize that making errors (cover plays) does not generally make you look like a ploppy (there are some exceptions obviously, like insuring a 20). Casino staff generally can't tell the correct play from the wrong one anyway.

All do respect Counting is fun, I’m not looking for advice on how to play it, I’m looking to see if someone can point me to the indices.

There you go showing your arrogance yet again. Time after time, post after post, claiming you know forum members, how they think, what they know.......grow up!

Ok, I have cvcx and do not have cvdata... I assume cvcx cannot generate the deviations I’m looking for. Are they not published anywhere? I’d think some of them are worth knowing for a deeply cut DD. And I agree that while some of them can draw unwanted attention (splitting tens is the obvious example), I believe a lot of them can help you look like a ploppy (hitting hard 12v5 or 6 for example).

Are the double deck indexes that different from the multi deck ones?

There are some differences from what I’ve seen... I would know more if I had a list of the deviations from say -10 to +10, which is the purpose of the thread...

Only single deck indexes are different. Two, three, four, five, six and eight deck share the same multiple deck indexes. (There might be some slight difference among them, but the difference is so trivial that players can ignore them.)
